Di Quinn is offering an outlet to artists to emphasize
their own work: casting their pieces in the durable medium of Bronze Resin, at
an affordable price.
Di offers her considerable experience in mould making,
mending and restoring resins and is currently building up her own range of work,
including shell sculptures, mermaids, nudes and a variety of animals. She is
also working on a series of oil, pencil and water-colours based on the history
of Punch & Judy, and painted the proscenium arch and shutters for the Punch
& Judy hut on Swanage beach.

| Di
trained at St Martin’s School of Art, Birmingham Art College and Chelsea
School of Printing, and has lived in Purbeck with her Husband Val
(stonemason, sculptor and letter carver) for 20 years. She has always
taken a keen interest in local arts and crafts and helps organise fairs
and events in the area. The last few years have seen her exhibiting with
Dorset Art Weeks and PAWS (Purbeck Art Weeks) and has recently been taking
inspiration
from a series of life-drawing classes in Harmans Cross. |
